After just two weeks of stepping back into the studio and leading two classes a week, my heart is already spilling over with gratitude that I am able to share something so special with those in my community. Yoga brought and continues to bring so many amazing people and things into my life. If I can extend that same feeling and passion to at least one other soul, it will all have been worth it. #generosity#gratitude

Often called Yoga Squat, it's a standing hip opener that stretches and opens the inner thighs, groin, achilles tendon, and low calf muscles.
How to: Start in Mountain Pose. Step the heels slightly wider than hip distance apart and turn your toes toward the sides of your mat. Inhale and lift from the waist. Exhale and slowly begin to draw yourself down to the mat into a deep squat. Engage the elbows by pressing them to the inside of your knees. Press your palms together to create resistance. Hold this pose for up to 5-10 slow breaths.
P.S. This is the perfect prep for Crow Pose!

Getting shit done even from a hotel room! I feel 10× better now that I have sweat! I also didn't even move from between the 2 beds, so if you say "I don't have enough room" your excuse is officially invalid. Stop making excuses and just get it done!
