Some tips for ya to prevent hitting a plateau. This is when you reach a stage in training were all of a sudden you are noticing little/no change⁉️ It sucks & can make you feel like you aren't working hard enough. Since it happened to me a couple of months ago here's some changes I made personally from my own experience🤗
1️⃣Allow muscles to fully rest and recover to allow them to grow. This will allow you to give each session everything you've got. Don't overtrain them, they will thank you later. (Get enough sleep/take the rest)💤
2️⃣Increase rep range/decrease weight or increase the weight in small amounts each week/decrease reps (shock the muscles by changing things up, don't allow them to get too comfortable)🔥 Make sure form is correct!!
3️⃣Change up your training split/incorporate different exercises. Constantly shock your body so it isn't getting used to same exercises every session🏋
