Vi starete chiedendo perché io non abbia mangiato la pizza, bhé semplicemente perché non è capitato. Avevo le stelle contrarie e ogni volta succedeva qualcosa e in queste ultime settimane il weekend andava a finire a sushi, carbonara e porchetta ad Ariccia, petto di pollo e finale di Sanremo sul divano di casa e hamburger. Scherzando e ridendo non mangiavo la pizza dal 29 GENNAIO! QUASI UN MESE CI RENDIAMO CONTO?! Oggi mi sono imposta e ho trascinato i miei a tutti i costi in pizzeria (nonostante non avessi tanta fame e avessi un po' di mal di stomaco forse causato dell'influenza) perché la dovevo troppo mangiare 😂
E come dice papà "Pensa se invece avessi avuto fame, ti saresti mangiata pure il cameriere 😅" Ho optato per una "Bella napoli" cioè base rossa con pomodorini, bufala, grana e basilico, a cui ho fatto aggiungere il mio amato prosciutto cotto 😍
The whole family wanted pizza today, so while they indulged in the real stuff, I ordered only the toppings and made my own calzone dough to stuff at home. @marcospizza has a meatball tray you can add any pizza toppings to! A quick dough from almond flour, shredded motz and seasoning cooks quickly baked at 12 mins at 375. Make sure to get no or light sauce to keep the sugar down! I went into this morning feeling a little frustrated... and I shouldn’t have. I’m still breaking the mentality that I should for some reason becoming smaller because that’s what I thought I wanted for years. When I compare pictures and don’t see some crazy difference, I feel let down. So silly. 🙄🙄 Especially when I see that first picture and my current one.
I’m currently in a muscle gain stage so I’m eating a lot (1900 calories which include 225g of carbs a day!) It’s all about growth so I know I need to tell my head to chill out. This aspect of gaining muscle has always been the toughest on me. I think it is for a lot of people.
It’s okay though. I heard back from @sarstri and she says I’m on track, and I trust her 100%. That’s why I chose her. And that’s why I have a coach... to take the guess work and doubt out of it. Everything stays the same this week and she was happy to see some of my PBs in the gym. 🙌🙌🙌
Honestly, I shouldn’t even have an ounce of discouragement in me because I’m doing exactly what I should, lifting heavier, eating more, and I’m 100% happier than I have been in a very long time. I just need to breath and be patient.
