Alfie requested pizza for dinner tonight. I used leftover tomato soup from Tuesday as the sauce. The crust is store bought naan from @aldiusa and honestly better than I can make at home #icantworkwithyeast

My #100 Post! It’s Brazilian and it’s my take on making Moqueca (Brazilian Fish 🐟 Stew). It’s made with any kind of saltwater Seafood or combination there off. The sauce is a big part of it and does have a really rich golden red color as well, it damn 😋😋! I’m s made mostly with Coconut 🥥 Milk. I’ve made it twice this week making it. My seafood budget was high this week! It’s much better over some Rice to soak up all that rich sauce!
You probably don’t know, but I stressed 😔🤔 “just a little bit” about what I’d post for my 💯 Instagram post.... and i gave it some thought. This was a dish I’ve wanted to make for a long time but I just never got around to making it for no reason at all. And i just wanted to try and make something interesting for my 💯. Not that every dish isn’t interesting that I post from my Kitchen because it all is. I’m often making it for the first time mostly.
As I guy I enjoy Cooking, that’s a rare thing I guess compared to the usual and when talking to friends. Cooking is an adventure for me that literally takes you around the world, all while in your kitchen with all the cuisines around the globe. My pallet is completely global though my heritage is Caribbean and it remain my favorite food. It’s always relaxing time in my kitchen and it’s a lesson every time I cook to improve my skills.
I’m not an avid Instagram poster, maybe post once or twice a week and I enjoy it that way. I cook in my kitchen just about everyday unless traveling for work which is fairly often. Eating out is not a big thing for me. Though I enjoy eating out, I personally prefer to make my own whatever. Before I started Instagram i spent allot of time in my kitchen just learning to cook, improving my skills and annoying some of my friends sending them pictures of things I tried to cook just improving my skills.
