Anyone else in need of a pick me this morning after over-indulging this weekend? 😬 Met up with @beets_by_ju to grab a pitaya bowl from @spotnh before work this morning. Pitaya, or dragon fruit, is know for its antioxidants and B vitamins, giving me some energy to tackle this day!

As you may noticed, I L O V E smoothie bowls, and even more when they are of my favorite color 😋🌸 this babe is made with: 1 pack of frozen pitaya, 1/2 frozen banana, 1/2 cup of strawberries, 1 pitted date, 1/2 cup of soft silken tofu, the juice of 1 lemon, blend and enojoy perfection 👌🏻 I topped mine with raw granola, banana slices, chia seeds and goji berries .

Así que no podía pasar la oportunidad de probarla, y ME FASCINÓ 👌🏻 les gusta más con o sin mantequilla de maní? para este Smoothie licue: 1 paquete de pitaya congelada, 1/2 banana congelada, 1/2 taza de fresas, 1 dátil, 1/2 taza de tofu, el jugo de 1 limón y un splash de leche de coco 👌🏻 Encima le puse granola crudivegana, rodajas de banana, semillas de chia y bayas de goji. #cookielovehealthy
