Full body workouts are great for those who are just starting out.
If you are in your first year or two of training or haven’t had much luck with your training so far, full body workouts would work really well.
Provided your recovery is good you could train 3-4 times per week and make really good progress.
Another reason why this type of training works well is that the focus of your workouts tends to be on compound exercises.
You would need to structure your routine correctly in order to get the best out of this training split.
Have 2-3 routines to ensure you are recovering well. Keep it simple and train hard.
