💥ARE YOU INTIMIDATED IN THE GYM💥 - ❤️Tag a friend/gym partner who really needs to see this. - The most common fitness question I get has nothing to do with working out. Nothing to do with exercise or nutrition or sleep or stress or calories or deadlifts. None of this things. So what is the most common fitness question? - 🦄This -> "How do I overcome being intimidated at the gym?". - ☕️You know what this means? This means if you are intimidated or nervous or scared or self conscious in the gym, YOU ARE NOT ALONE. In fact, you are the majority. Because, I know it sounds crazy, but you're human. And as a human, we all tend to have the same fears and worries and concerns. - ☕️So get this. As of this moment, you can no longer use intimidation as a reason for not going to the gym. Toss it out. Can it. Roll it up and chuck that filthy piece of parchment in the bin. - ☕️Can you be intimidated? Are you allowed to be? Of course! I'd never tell you otherwise. But I will tell you not to let your fear keep you from getting in the gym. From working out. Improving your health. Getting stronger. Getting leaner. And doing whatever it takes to achieve your goals. - ☕️Intimidated? Cool. Recognize it. Feel it. See it for what it is. Then kick your fears in the fucking face and get your sexy ass to the gym. Because you have two choices: be scared and let fear keep you from moving forward. Or be scared and overcome that feeling because you are worth it. Either way, it's your choice. - #fear#fearless#nevergiveup#neverquit#gym#gymmotivation#gymmemes#gymlife#workoutmotivation#workout#workoutpartner#workoutbuddy#fitness#fitnessmotivation#fitnessaddict#fitnesscoach#personaltrainer#strengthcoach#girlswholift#womenwholift#chickswholift#alwaysoptimal#fitnessisfamily

Join me at the B.A.M. Fitness Conference next weekend for an immersion into the ActivMotion Bar with a variety of fitness education workshops. Checkout why this modality with dynamic, active resistance enhances core muscle activity by 173% more than other standardized fitness equipment. Backed by research, what ActivMotion means for clients:.
1. Greater Calorie Burn - increased muscular demand requires more caloric expenditure.
2. More Strength - increased muscle activation improves the muscles ability to contract.
3. Better Balance - the dynamic, shifting resistance challenges the body’s vestibular system to engage and react.
4. Less injuries - the Bar doesn’t progressively overload to increase injury potential.
Conference Sessions Include:.
👊🏽 ActivMotion Bar Foundations Course - Certification Course.
👊🏽 IGNITE the Mind and Body - Discovery Workshop.
👊🏽 Rock and Roll Pilates - Pilates applications.
👊🏽 Functional Core and Balance for the Aging Adult - Demographic specific allocations.

4 weeks in, 11 weeks to go.
I will continue to take you guys along prep with me. The good, the bad, the training, the nutrition, the process.
One thing I love about social media is the opportunity to show your story to the world. Let whoever is following or seeing your stories/posts that they are not alone in their journey. There are many things we can all relate to and we can share our story to inspire and motivate others.
Here’s my 4 weeks into prep as I will continue to show you guys my month to month update.
Whatever you decide to do, put your all into it. Don’t let excuses or anyone try and bring you down! There will be many people who question what you’re doing, but it is not your duty to fulfill their satisfaction. You fulfill your own.
“H I P I N T E R N A L R O T A T I O N is a good indicator of hip health“ — @drandreospina
Looking to improve your functional hip internal rotation? @bluestagrams and I found this set up to be an awesome source and tool for irradiating the whole body, ergo getting more bang for your buck.
Irradiating tension throughout the body amplifies strength. The neural impulses emitted by the contracting muscle reach other muscles and activate them.
