@porc22 performing some split stance low rows on the @go_exxentric - Love this variation as it not only works on eccentrically loading the row but also teaches the athlete to accept a considerable amount of force on the front half. For a pitcher this is huge as it allows them to accept force on their stride leg in order to help slow the arm and body down after ball release. #kbox#goexxentric

5. Russian twists 30 sec. w. 10 kg ball 🔥
6. No legs rope climb x3 without touching the ground 🔥
7. Hand stand walk (15 yards’ish) 🔥
