Rolling into the week carrying a chocolate baby but it was worth every second for these bad boys 🤰🏻 these are the answer for anyone who likes chocolate and peanut butter (if you don’t you’re mad) and can’t be arsed to bake!
Recipe: 400g @rawhalo chocolate melted with 4 tbsp @vitacoco coconut oil. Pour half the mix into cupcakes and freeze.
-melt 300g @pipandnut and pour on top on chocolate ...freeze again.
-put the other half of the melted chocolate on top of the PB layer.

In 2011, my junior year of High School, I started selling my homemade Peanut Butter Cups to my peers and teachers to raise money for a cause that was close to my heart. I ended up raising over $500 with these Peanut Butter Cups! Getting the feedback from everyone, and seeing their reactions when they bit into those chocolatey cups, that is what made me realize what I wanted to do. Open my Bakery. •
Last night, @guiltypleasuresbakeshop donated Nutella Cream Puffs, Vegan Avocado Brownies, and the dessert that started it all, my Peanut Butter Cups (in YV's colors)💛💙
I was thilled to hear that everyone was raving about our desserts, and I am so happy to be apart of, and help raise money for the place where I came from!

When you’re craving Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and are willing to try anything. 😂 I have a serious PB + chocolate addiction, so instead of stocking up on delicious vegan-friendly alternatives to my old fave from @justins (the dark chocolate ones!), @unreal.snacks, or @theochocolate, I thought I’d try amping up my celery sticks. You’ve gotta do what you’ve gotta do, OK?! 🍫🥜 Now, I’m going to be honest: This isn’t melt-in-your-mouth, sugary goodness like the aforementioned treats. But it’s a healthy way to get your fix. 💁🏻♀️ Just spread on some peanut butter, sprinkle on some cocoa powder, and top with cacao nibs. Also, feel free to sprinkle on a little coconut sugar to *really* satisfy your sweet tooth. 🥥
A Big ‘Ole Peanut Butter Pint 🥜🥜🥜 AMAZING and my new favorite Gelato Fiasco flavor. It's a salted peanut butter gelato with a peanut butter swirl and peanut butter cups. For a PB lover like me, it doesn't get much better than this. Each component is delicious and together they create a next level pint. The only knock is that the base is slightly grainy but tempering helps with that. Also, with the amount of PB flavor in that pint, I could care less. You need this in your life!
My first attempt at protein peanut butter cups!! 🥜🍫👅They were a little thicker than I intended them to be and wasn't planning on the extra coconut oil in there, but along with my family, I had no complaints 💁🏼
If you don't want to you don't have to add protein powder ( @gnccanada ), but why not add a lil to these bad boys and get some extra protein in your system 😋
I melted milk chocolate instead of dark chocolate (lil sis is no fan of the dark chocolate 🙄) with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil ( @navitasorganics @nutiva ) and made that my 1st and 3rd layers. While I let that set in the freezer it was time to combine all natural peanut butter ( @pbfit.official @pb2foods @justins ) with chocolate whey protein powder ( @optimumnutrition @kaizencanada ) for the 2nd layer! I let each layer set in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes ⏰
I will DEFINITELY be making some more of these!! They're irresistible 🤤👅😻👏🏻🙌🏻

Homemade dark chocolate peanut butter cups 🥜
Making something like this yourself is a great option if you’re trying to reduce your sugar intake but don’t want to give up your favourite treats (because what is life without a bit of chocolate? 🍫). They’re also suuuuuper easy to make, the only hard part is trying not to eat them all in one go 🙊
Recipe (makes 8):
1️⃣ Melt a bar of dark chocolate with 1tbsp coconut oil, pour into a lined cupcake tray and pop in the fridge to set.
2️⃣ Mix peanut butter with a squidge of maple syrup or honey, and a little almond milk. Roll into 8 little balls and flatten. Add them on top of the chocolate later once it’s set.
3️⃣ Melt a second bar of chocolate and 1tbsp coconut oil, then pour into the cups. Top with some cacao nibs. Leave to set again then eeeeeeeeat 🤤
