The people have spoken and I got some heat 🔥 for skipping #newnoodlethursday last week 😏 so today’s noodle: tagliatelleeeeeee (say that in your best Oprah voice 🤣) this pasta is very similar fettuccine, but their widths are just slightly different (tagliatelle is wider👍) I like to serve the noodle with bolognese or a light oil and pepper sauce. Always use egg when your making these homemade—I promise you’ll taste the difference 😋 Tagliatelle is said to have originated in Bologna, inspired by a beautiful blonde bride 👰 ❤️🇮🇹
in a hip place to be seen.
Ideal first date spot.
Don’t Miss: Find a pasta (or two, or three!) that speaks to you and prepare to enjoy! As long as it’s got some sort of noodle, you’re gonna be a big fan.
