#tbt well I believe this pic was taken either 2014 or 2015, not sure but even though I wasn't heavy or "fat" I was out shape and unhealthy. After I had both of my kids I lost the weight in a very unhealthy way (2009) restrictive eating, eating very little, lots of cardio too. I was always skinny flabby and had lots of fat because I'm very hard to put on muscle. I really want to make this story short, lol, trying. In the last year it was the year where I became a trainer, changed my eating habits, I train smarter not harder and I started supplementing my body with #herbalife products. Putting on muscle is still hard but I can see the improvement all round, swipe left to see pic. I used to work out a lot and not see results for years, this was very frustrating. I learned more about macros, clean eating and most definetely supplementing my body with #herbalife products, which have helped me lean out (my mid section, I have abs and so can you) and started using rebuild in January to put on lean muscle mass (hasn't been that long but I've been consistent and I see the results). I'm so grateful for these products and for the fact that I gave them a try myself and I didn't listen to people who told me these products wouldn't work. #linkinbio#askmehow#tbt#partofmystory#health#momof2boys#momof2#momswithabs#momswholift#herbalifemom#herbamom
