Tonight's #dinner plan was #brinner . Usually I just have eggs and veggies bc I'm one of the few people in the world who don't love #pancakes . Once in a blue moon though, I get a hankering for flapjacks and created this #macrofriendly recipe (swipe for the breakdown). In my mini food processor I blended 1/2 c oats, 1/2 c nonfat cottage cheese, 3 servings #eggwhites , 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp baking powder, dash of salt, and cinnamon to taste.
