There’s only about a 10 second difference between these pictures as well as:
▪️high waisted pants vs pants rolled down
▪️hips tilted vs relax stance
And you know what? In both pictures I can see my progress from when I started on day 1 and that’s all I really care about.
Everyone bloats, everyone has trigger foods that make them look 6 months pregnant within about a minute of eating them, and that’s just l i f e✨
Don’t compare yourself to others on social media! Typically social media is used as a highlight real and the person you’re comparing yourself to has perfected the perfect pose with all of the best angles and lighting, and they are probably wearing high waisted pants 🤷🏼♀️ Love you for Y O U!
Sometimes after a long day at work, and a very tear-filled goodbye to your long distance fiancé you just need breakfast for dinner at 8:30PM😌🥞
I use a protein pancake mix and of course I add in Enjoy Life chocolate chips💁🏼♀️ #happytuesday#longdistancesucks#iworkretail
This beautiful picture of, Delicate Arch was taken by Kristen Parker in Arches National Park. This park has over 2,000 natural sand stone arches and is a wonderland of geological formations. Home to the Ancentral Puebloans.
It won't be long before the hills are green and the water is filled with boaters! Have you made your summer camping reservations yet? You can reserve up to 120 days from your date of arrival!
As I mentioned yesterday, I served as an Outdoor Education Leader with WVU Extension Service. As part of our OEL training, we went on a trip to Arizona and New Mexico! We visited Carlsbad Caverns National Park, White Sands National Monument, Chiricahua National Monument, and Grand Canyon National Park. While there, each person has to serve as “Group Leader” for two of the days. We had leadership and facilitation workshops, daily debriefings, and of course did lots of hiking!
It was definitely harder than expected, but I learned so much about where I needed to improve my own leadership skills. When we came back from our training, we were ready to lead Back To Basics camps at Jackson’s Mill! - @larel711
A couple of years ago I guided a group of 8 college students to the summit of North America's third highest peak, Pico de Orizaba. This past weekend we had an amazing turnout to celebrate 40 years of these types of adventures as well as recognize the legends of Dolph Kuss, John Byrd and Walt Walker who began Outdoor Pursuits and thus, introduced so many Fort Lewis students to adventure. I am honored to be in a leadership role in this storied program...I walk on the shoulders of giants. A huge thank you goes out to @fortlewiscollege and for all of the alumni who helped make this weekend's events such a success. If you know of any high school students who are looking for a college that has endless opportunities for adventure on its doorstep, then send them our way. Here's to another 40 years of going outside! @outdoorpursuitsflc #adventure#celebration#collegelife#outdoorrecreation#getoutside#summit#opflc#skyhawk#legacy#thisiswhoweare#letsgoonanadventure
