Yes this is still a workout post. Be careful when you’re working out in a National Park! Was doing my mountain climber + push-up combo on a bench and realised that I done gone put my foot right into a nest of bright red fire ants! Crawled up my shoe but they didn’t bite me, so thanks fellas and sorry! The workout consisted of 25x25x20 push-ups, 20x3 free squats, 10x3 mountain climber push-up combo, 20x3 tricep dips, 20x3 abdomen tuck ins, followed by a solid steady paced jog around the park periphery for a total of 4 kms in 24 mins. So awesome to have my fiancé with me for today’s sesh. @madhatterer

@minisport_hk 係 AIA Vitality 公園既活動非常適合想嘗試唔同運動訓練器材既一家大細。活動仲係完全免費架！
@minisport_hk 's free play area at the AIA Vitality Park is perfect for kids and families who want to experiment with their vast array of equipment- such as catching aids, beach balls, footballs and much more.
Did we mention it's FREE, too?
Instead of staying home, come down this Saturday (11am-4pm) and Sunday (11am-5pm) to enjoy the last 2 days of their program!
Up and down! Up and down! 👟 Running intervals up and down the stairs really gets your heart pumping and your legs feeling like jelly after but it's a good workout. We have @minaimsi to thank for this inspo. 🙆😁 Shorts @adidasau
A fitness class set-up just does not get more beautiful than this! While obviously this isn’t realistic on a regular basis, I love seeing creative ways to bring workouts into the fresh air! ....As an advocate of outdoor exercising, here’s a re-visit from my post a few months back discussing some of the benefits exercising in an oxygen rich environment has:
🏞The quality of oxygen outside is significantly better than the recycled oxygen-poor air in gyms. When you’re engaged in heavy breathing cardio/workouts you want to flood your body with the richest form of oxygen (It’s free too 😉).
🏞Fresh air is proven to significantly boost energy levels
🏞Not just good for the body, but also great for the mind. As a major mood booster, outdoor fitness aids in mental well being, self esteem and helps against depression, anger and tension. Enhanced feelings of euphoria, revitalization and burst of energy leads to a much happier self.
🏞Natural increase in Vitamin D3 levels
🏞Time in nature around trees and plants boosts the immune system (not to mention the myriad of germs and super bugs like MRSA found in fitness facilities).
🏞Decrease stress levels.
🏞Improves concentration levels.
🏞Increases calorie burn from a constantly changing environment. The different outdoor terrains and grounds provides muscle confusion challenging your body to constantly move in different ways vs a predictable treadmill. Weather changes like wind also adds resistance to a greater calorie burn.
... Now if only there was outdoor pilates 🤔
Wenn du auch mal so fertig sein möchtest, dann empfehlen wir dir eine Trainingssession bei Uns! 😉
Einfach zur Probewoche anmelden, Vollgas geben und ein ganz neues Level an Erschöpfung kennenlernen. 😉

Who has the right to determine what is right & what is wrong, what is more and what is less?
Judgement is not loving.
We’re twisting, stretching in so many directions in life, while we’re still trying to stay tall, breathing deep, staying true to ourselves.
Did you ever experienced that someone close to you tells you „Why do you act like that? That’s not you!“... happened to me when I was getting so much more comfortable with myself then ever before. When I felt like I finally got to my true self. When I felt so free & good about myself. .....And then there’s someone, who’s opinion matters to you, that tells you the opposite.
Bummer! What to do now?
As long as you feel good about however you changed, stay on your path. Sometimes getting rid of old sheaths of your identity is a lonely process. Especially when you feel insecure about it because it’s so new. It’s like a little 🌱
Give it time. Water it. Give it enough light & love. Be patient with the growth. It’ll get stronger & more resilient.
And rethink, next time you judge someone how he/she is supposed to act or be, if it is really on you to make this decision.
Let people be who they are. The only job we have as friends is supporting our tribe in becoming who they want to be. Helping them grow & getting stronger, making their dreams a reality & be there for open Feedback but never to judge whether something is good or bad.
It is hard. I’m currently trying to eliminate judgement & it’s so hard! It’s part of our language & society to determine right & wrong, much & less and so much more... but it’s so freeing to bring awareness to that!
Make it a judgement free day! 💋😃
We've had some beautiful weather for working out outside recently. This is my client Ollie doing some HIIT training with lots of sprints. ⠀
I wasn't easy on him and incorporated tuck jumps too. This is an advanced cardio move. If you try it, try to get your knees to your chest land softly with knees slightly bent. You'll feel the calories burn off!⠀
Aside from the numerous health benefits of stand up paddle boarding there's a growing number of people who are enjoying the connection from being out in the water and in the natural environment. ⠀
Engaging with nature can have a positive effect on your mental health and attitude. Connecting with our natural environment will boost your creativity more than sitting at a desk and professionals are suggesting will make you happier and healthier.⠀⠀

When you realize that you haven't riden your bike since the last snowfall. It was all good - almost. Swept the snow off the seat and away I went. Well I pushed it up the icy hill first and then took a flatter last 50m because the brakes were frozen, but I got to my destination without incident or injury. Win!
