Ciabatta is an Italian white bread made from wheat flour, water, salt, and yeast. The technique I used didn’t require kneading at all. Its popularity is what baguettes are in France. This bread is the perfect marriage of a crisp, light crust outside and a chewy yet tender inside. The no-knead part is just a bonus. It's great for sandwiches, dipping, and so much more! 🍞
