@zipvit @zipvit_sport once a week I’ve been taking these iron tabs & have noticed a massive improvement with energy levels. Along with exercise & this one little vit I feel like I can take over the world. Thank you! #getwellbrighton#iron#ironman#ironwoman#nomeatathlete#anemia#pregnant#pregnancy - I’ve once read that after pregnancy if you had anaemia you will always have it. So/ how are you getting your iron?
How bad do you want it? Are you willing to put in the work? ———————————————
I’m a vegan, a coach, yoga & pilates instructor but most importantly I am a mom. ———————————————
I am not perfect in any of those areas but I want to get better every single day so I push myself to be the best I can be in each of those areas. ———————————————
I want my son to know he has a mom that is strong and can accomplish anything she puts her mind to. And that he too can do the same. ———————————————
Whether it’s with your job, your family, yourself or all of the above, if you fully commit, stay true to you and keep a positive mindset you will continually be moving in the right direction. ———————————————
I’ve had several challenges along the way as we all do. But that has only pushed me to work harder for what I want. ———————————————
Push yourself, go out of your comfort zone and get a taste of taking your mind to a different place. I know you are capable of so much more than you think. ———————————————
I love the GRIT, I love the GRIND! 📷: @theronmoss
Happy THURSDAY, people! Since flexibility is a huge part of traveling, I’ve been eating a lot of foods I wouldn’t normally eat if I were home and my stomach is NOT happy 🙅🏼♀️ On top of that I think I have a dairy intolerance. Whenever I eat yogurt, pizza, or any processed cheese I get super bloated and have painful stomach cramps. Does this happen to anyone else?
I’m keepin’ it simple with @pipsnacks truffle mini popcorn and some fruit 🥝 and veggies 🥕 today in hopes of calming down my digestive system. This popcorn is mini so each bag has more popcorn and less air — FYI it’s easier to eat with a spoon!
Hey veggies! We’ve got another event coming up next week. On Wednesday, March 28th, from 7-9PM in the Chittenden Bank Room, the GMV’s and @uvm_free2be will be hosting Pattrice Jones, co-founder of VINE Sanctuary! Free pizza and refreshments will be provided as well as thought provoking discussing on what Jones has learned over the course of her years as an activist✊we can’t wait! For more information check out VINE Sanctuary’s website here: http://vine.bravebirds.org/

Pizza Chili, another quick and easy @mealmentor recipe. I’m currently trying to eat/cook primarily out of the pantry and had all the ingredients on hand for this one. Goals: lose weight, save $$, make life as easy as possible.
My daddy always taught me to "kill people with kindness" even if they try to hurt you. Because your VIBES are owned by you, and also share with the world the type of human you are. #GoodVibesSpeakLouderThanWords 🙌 I say this all the time. My goal is to always spread #goodvibes -even on days when my insides may not be feeling it. Remember, you OWN your energy, you will never be able to change other people's paths, purpose, presentation or power. But you CAN own how much you absorb of it. So keep on the #DopeVibes front and SMILE-LOVE-PRESENT PASSION-LAUGH-LIVE
Day 60!!!!! I've now officially matched the longest program I've ever completed!
It's actually a pretty rad feeling knowing that I'm about to surpass my record!! You are your ONLY competition! 💪 Don't spend your days and time comparing to anyone else.... it's a waste! Look to others for "inspiration", but NEVER look to others to measure yourself against! 👉 We're all different. We're all challenged in different ways, motivated in different ways, and driven in different ways!! Compare yourself you YOU and only you!
Det går bra nu! Nytt PB på 180 kilo😊
Edit: Jag hade kortat ner videon till 20 sekunder men Instagram insisterade på att visa hela videon på 57 sek istället..Inte meningen att spela upp en hel kortfilm😊
Badwater Cape Fear 2018 Race Report Part 1 "The Start"
Badwater Cape Fear is a 51.4 miles race on Bald Head Island, North Carolina. There are no hotels or cars on the island. Transportation is by golf cart, bike, or walking. I was lucky enough to rent a house with my #runitfast friends. 19 of us in a multimillion dollar 3 story mansion made for relaxing accommodations. Unless you were in the bunk bed room. Lauren and I spent the day before the race exploring the island, seashell collecting and walking on the beach. It was much need relaxation. We woke up early on St. Patrick's day and made it to the start line by 7:15am. The race started promptly at 7:45am. Eric and I started quite fast. The first 10 miles are on the road, snaking throughout the beautiful tree canopied streets and southern beach mansions. @cincyrunnr and I took advantage of the cool weather and shade and pushed 6 minute miles for the first 10. I should say, Eric cruised and I was trying to remember how to move that fast. At mile 10 we entered a trail in the thick island forest. It twisted and turned rapidly with lots of low hanging branches and thick duff on the trail. A nice change from the fast road section and impending 40 miles of beach running. At the end of the trail was the aid station, I pounded a red bull, kissed Lauren and headed out onto the beach. It was high tide and the first half of mile it was challenging to avoid getting wet. We had the ocean to our right and a large 6 foot sand dune to our left. We ran around Cape Fear and headed north up the island to Fort Fisher. There was an aid station 6 miles up the beach. I never stopped at it but it looked well stocked with plenty of helpers. Last year the aid station was up high on the sand dune, but this year they brought it down to the beach and it was easily accessible. It was sunny and warm, but the clouds were forming. I was maintaining 8 minute miles while dodging waves and attempting to stay on the firm sand. Several waves got me and my shoes became heavy and wet. When I got to Fort Fisher I down another Red Bull and an almond butter granola cup and headed back down the beach. To be continued..........
Getting my micronutrients in! Being a life long plant based eater, I do love a good salad, we have one with every evening meal in our household.
Besides from tasting bloody delicious, eating a healthy salad with raw fruits and vegetables can help us hit our recommended daily intake so we remain healthy individuals.
In this colourful bowl, I’m consuming:
- Vitamins A, B1, B5, B6, B7, C, E, K
- Fibre - Zinc
Decreases the risk of heart disease. ✅
So why don’t you throw together a salad this evening?
