Happy Persian New Year also known as Nowruz (+99 other spellings) also known as Spring Equinox!!! 🌱 This is such a festive day for Persians or anyone celebrating! As a kid, every year we used to have a huge celebration with loud Persian music, yummy Persian food, & lots of dancing. I remember the adults celebrated the Persian New Year as a marker to break the fast. ✨🙂 Now I create my own mix of traditions as an Iranian Australian American! Any Nowruz/spring plans??? ✨ Comment 🙌🏽 if this is your first time hearing about Nowruz!
I always dreamed about how it would be like to see a active volcano 🌋 up close. Not only did I get to see this piece of wonder up close but I got to climb to the top of it and walk along the crater. 🚶🏾♂️ The only experience I haven’t had yet that I will be looking forward to in the future is to try volcano surfing 🏄🏾♂️ down one. Until than let’s just admire this piece of beauty I like to call God’s Art. ✍🏾🎨
My cozy creative corner✨Gathering ideas and routes for our upcoming travelling. ‘
Today i have given my leaving notice at my current job (i work for a big charity). I have about one month left in London before heading home for ten days. After this i then will be travelling solo to India - to do my yoga teachers training. Feeling deep gratitude for all the adventures i have been experiencing now and for what is yet to come. This year is all about doing what i love. Can't wait to share my journey with you all. ‘
Sending love. Always always follow your desires. Nothing scarier than living in regret💛

I’m no food blogger, but oh man do I love cooking. I guess it all started 10 years ago when I decided to become vegetarian! Yes, I haven’t eaten meat all this time and I don’t miss it at all, I actually never did.
When I moved to Santa Barbara, CA in 2007 to study English I was lucky enough to met Kimberly @ktinsb my host mom. She was such an inspiration at the time (you still are 😉), that when I went back home to Argentina I decided to change my diet. I stop drinking sodas, and took a little more interest in what was going into my body.
It’s been an interesting journey. I lost tons of weight and gained tons as well, I felt energized and some other time felt awfully sick. It’s been ten years of listening to my body, to really learn what it has to say and to see the effects and results of my food choices reflected not only physically but mentally.
I could write for days about it, but at the end all that matters to me is that I found something I love. Connecting with food, playing my with ingredients, colors, flavors and textures is my kind of meditation. It became part of who I am and I’m proud. #foreverplantbased 🥑🥗🌱
SWIPE ⬅️ for more behind the scenes cooking fun! Appreciating the original flavour of ingredients and using seasoning to enhance their natural taste is what I learnt from cooking in @thehiddenberlin. 🥗🥦🌽🥔
These are all common veggies easy to grab at any grocery markets. With some salt, pepper, herbs and some chopping and mixing, they create such an savouring comfort meal.
Stay tuned for more main course and dessert photos. To be continued......
