Starting off #LoveMeSomePincha3 with a bang by #writing in #pincha . #writeinpincha 📝 Not too long ago, before I found the correct alignment for stability in #pincha (#ForearmStand ), I wouldn’t have been able to do this. So I’m so glad that I just had a break-through with my #balance ! It definitely took a few tries before I was able to pull this off, but I was able to write, “Hi!” Maybe next round I’ll write a longer sentence.. 😆 #jesikaraepinchaprogress .

Last day of Cardio Core for Phase 1! Day 23 of #80dayobsession ! It’s a nice feeling of accomplishment to be almost done with the first phase! We recalculate our nutrition brackets this weekend to see if our plan changes?! I can’t imagine eating more food!!its a filling 5 meals a day. I’m getting used to it though! I love proving to myself I can complete a challenge 100 % its all about commitment. Once I decided to go all in that’s it I’m doing it, no excuses, my healthy obsession!
