Interrupt anxiety with gratitude ✨
I thrive off of lists.
Something about seeing everything that needs to be accomplished with deadlines & progress gets me going & I actually follow through. 🤷🏽♀️ When I discovered #bulletjournalling after having Jackson, I wondered where it had been all my life! Yes, it can be a tad overwhelming to see EVERYTHING listed out on paper but I see it as organizing EVERYTHING in my head, therefore making it easier to execute. It’s not for everyone but this is absolutely my bread & butter. People ask me how I mange staying sane with a 15 month old, pregnant, WAHM with a side job, 2 dogs, etc.. BULLET JOURNALLING.
Like many others, I’ve always had terrible anxiety. Lists on lists would definitely be a trigger! But now I control them so they don’t control me [see how I did that?]. More journalling > less anxiety > healthier overall > more good hair days / nice skin 💁🏽♀️ Basically I’m grateful for journalling because it saved my sanity 📓
