The smile on my face is not how I started today
I’ve had the worst headache, work has been extremely tough, and we have so much personally going on I have been a mess lately
To say I’ve been overwhelmed is the understatement of the year but today was a new day! I got caught up on work and I was able to do 2 yoga classes tonight!
I have hit the restart on my attitude and I’m feeling so much better. My instructor today said that not every day is the same 100% but as long as you show up and you try your best, you’ll always be giving 100%

I surprise myself! My kids watch me get stronger and stronger every day. They see my every move (and my attitude!) They see me dance, they see me laugh, and they see me struggle. This is my #momlife and my #fitnessjourney
I always have my resistance bands in my gym bag😀. I showed these 2 exercises on the hanging bar a few weeks ago on instastory which is a little bit more advance but you can also do these laying on your back on a mat😊. Shoot for 3 rounds of 15 reps, makes for a strong core💪

Yep, that morning workout never happened. 😤
Pretty much stayed in workout clothes ALL DAY long and JUST finished Day 34 @ 10:30pm.
Basically i got pulled in a zillion directions at work and well... I’m single mommying-it too this week. Meaning Z E R O time.
I made time. I didn’t crash on the coach & sink into the hypnosis of TV shows.
I committed to this 80 Day program.
I committed to my challengers.
I committed to myself.
I’m not letting myself or anyone down. Isn’t #Excuses how we start spiraling down the wrong direction and quit?! I got off the coach, pressed PLAY.

Well, today I was diagnosed with tendinitis in my right wrist. No lifting or high intensity workouts for 6-8 weeks. I left the doctor depressed. Wanted to give up for 8 weeks. Might’ve actually shed a tear. Until tonight when I looked at this picture (which I was 90% certain I would never share because it’s beyond embarrassing) and realized this is just another chapter in this journey. I’ve worked my ass off to get to where I am. Why throw it all away now. Sure I hate cardio and that’s not my workout regiment at all... But for the next 8 weeks looks like it’s gonna have to be! 365 days. One torn ischial. One wrist with tendinitis. No excuses.
