L'épaule osseuse☠

L’épaule se compose de trois os, dont les mobilités sont très intriquées. 
Ces trois os sont la clavicule, la scapula ou omoplate et l’humérus.

L'épaule musculaire 💪

Les mouvements d’élévation et de rotation de l’épaule sont assurés par plusieurs groupes musculaires dont les actions se complètent.

Un muscle tire l’humérus vers le haut le deltoïde, d’autres muscles vers le bas le grand rond, le grand dorsal et le grand pectoral.

La coiffe des rotateurs est le nom donné à un ensemble composé du sous-scapulaire, sus-épineux, sous-épineux, petit rond.
Les muscles de la coiffe des rotateurs stabilisent la tête de l’humérus en évitant son ascension contre l’auvent constitué de l’acromion et du ligament coraco-acromia.

...its been quite the morning yall..literally just getting this sweat off of me 4 hrs later..but I'm posting to encourage other single  parents, other entrepreneurs/students to not allow excuses, work or feelings to stand in your way of taking care of you. Whether you walk up & down your stairs at work/school, do lunges, jumping jacks or youtube workouts..just get moving!
As much as I love others in my life it's hard AF sometimes to stay committed to "me". But this morning I came, conquered and damn sure made myself proud.

Day 4, Wolfpack:

One of the biggest problems people come to me is how to find the time to eat right in their ridiculously busy schedules. I hear ya!!! I’ll give you an example of just how much I understand this problem. The last 4 days I’ve been at a seminar. I’m up at 6:00, to get ready, get kids ready, though mine are older so pretty independent, make breakfast for myself, and 2 kids (almost 10 & 16); hubby takes double food to include breakfast on the road. Answer emails and messages whilst kids are eating, and check in with my staff. 8:00am leave to take kids to school and drive 1.5 hours to seminar (I seriously hate Plenty Rd and Punt Rd!) seminar starts 10:00am and goes til 6:00pm. By the time I get home it’s 7:30pm. I am lucky that hubby cooks what I’ve set up for him (pre-prep if you like) the night before. My dinner is waiting for me. I eat, unpack my gear, respond to messages, emails, callbacks, touch base with staff, and cook for the next days lunches. I choose a protein source and couple with some form of salad as I find this easiest on these sorts of days. (Mind you in normal life, the only difference is I pick up the kids from school and cook dinner too, then I go teach classes or PT!) I’m usually done by about 10:00pm. Half hour wind down before bed. So as you can see, I don’t find time, I make time. I don’t watch TV and that alone saves me hours! When I’m not at seminars I also do the regular Mum thing of playing taxi driver to dancing, gymnastics etc. so I live a normal life like most of you. .
My point to the story is, if something is important to you, you’ll find a way. Speak to your coach about ideas if you need, but don’t use lack of time as an excuse. As the saying goes, ‘If you want something done, give it to a busy person.’ .
I hate wasting my Sundays, my only family day, on food prep. Stuff that! So when I go shopping I buy in bulk, prepare my protein in the freezer in layers, so that each day I take out what I need to defrost for that night’s dinner. And couple it with salad or veg. Quick and simple. I don’t over complicate things. I use spices and herbs for flavor......
