i try to once a week, for about 45 min, go back to basic and go on the floor with just a gymball and a mat. high focus on my core and lower back, just to maintain and improve my stability & strength 🏋🏼♀️🙆🏼♀️

A 45 minute shoulder session was all I had time for today! (And a couple of selfies lol) 😄 I spent several hours doing dexa scans etc for a science project,see my story if you want to check out the results 😉 Anyways, my session was short, but GOOD! 💪🏼💪🏼
1) Reverse shoulder press 4x10 + 1 drop set
2) Pullups 4x max
Tri set: (3x10-12 reps on all)
3) Seated DB front raise
4) Seated DB side raise
5) Reverse grip reverse flies .

To me, suger is the real cheat. Junk food (burgers/pizza etc) can easily be considered as cheat, but to me, that type of food is fine when bulking.

The beginning of making changes are ALWAYS hard, but the road is beautiful. And ones you’ve made it, you will meet new challenges. But remember, you are the boss. And you choose what life you want to live. You choose EVERYTHING, you just have to put in the effort and don’t give up. We all have bad days and periods in life.
