I took this 5 months ago; it’s the October harvest moon. I never bothered going through the shots I took until now😜 This was the night I had to abandon my post by the river because some creepy creeps kept creepin’ back to where I was and I quickly realized how dumb I was for having an entire bag of lenses on me at the same time, and I didn’t much feel like getting robbed. As I was driving away I decided to hop out of the car to grab a few snaps. The moon had just risen and was only out of the clouds for a few seconds. I didn’t want to mess with setting my tripod back up in case the creepy creeps resurfaced, so I improvised with the roof of my car and steadied myself as much as I could. The moon was insanely bright that night, and it rose SO fast!
