Good morning everyone 💕#nightsnack yesterday was this pint with some bread because I didn’t finish it but really needed the calories. I didn’t really like it that much. Unfortunately I hadn’t tried penutbutter ever before( I now that this isn’t that smart🤦🏼♀️😂) and now I know that I don’t like penutbutter. Sorry to all the penutbutter lovers🤷🏼♀️😂 but for me it was too salty and too much p.b. in it. Won’t buy it again, also because it costs way more than a usual one. The good thing about it is that surprisingly there was absolutely no difference between the normal and the non diary🤔🙊. Did you already try it? If so: How did you like it?💕

#lunch (at program) was a wrap🌯- 3 ounces of grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato and ketchup, 13 sea salt pop chips and a halo clementine🍊 w/ 10 ounces of Gatorade(🙃)
#snack (at program) was an angel food cupcake w/ 2 tbsp of cool whip light and 10 ounces of Gatorade
#dinner (at program)was 6 piece chicken nugget from chick-fil-a, a small fry from McDonald’s(both huge fear foods because they’re from a fast food restaurant and are fried! Honestly eating fear foods and nothing happens or I lose weight makes me realize it’s not scary and I can have it, never thought I could but it’s true exposure to fear foods work), 2 ketchup packets and 10 ounces of Gatorade(#recoverywin )
#dessert / #nightsnack was an Ensure light, Golden Grahams, 1 cup of arctic zero cake batter ice cream, less than 1/4 cup of edys cookie dough ice cream, cool whip lite and Golden Grahams🍪🍦
vitals and weigh in today... vitals were scary and terrible(40s laying down, 50s standing) even w/ a Boost plus before... also lost weight:/ I’m exhausted from all this. My meeting w/ my family therapist went terrible I didn’t get anything out of it except that I need to gain. Maybe talk more about it tomorrow. I honestly wanna give up everything

I have some great news for you! This evening I went to the ringette practises as I always do on fridays. I thought I would go to a normal practise and didn’t know that there would be a playful game against the elder ringette players. Well my team mates talked me into asking our coach if I would get a permission to play in a GAME and he said yes! I played as a defender and enjoyed it to the fullest. Oh how I’ve missed the feeling of actually playing. The best news are that after the game (that we obviously lost) our coach asked me if I would like to take part in finnish championships. I got a chance to play in real games if I just want to! What I want to say is that being able to do the things you love is so much better than being skinny will ever be. Recovery gave me my life back and I promise that you’ll get yours too!👊🏻💕

This is going to be my ‚Cookie and Chocolate’ themed #nightsnack today 😏 I‘m going to have a package of 4 ‚Oreo‘ cookies, a package of ‚Prinzenrolle‘ cookies, an ‚Oreo‘ peanutbutter icecream, a ‚Lindt‘ milk chocolate bar and a ‚Knoppers‘ hazelnut cream chocolate bar 😍 Also going to have a pre-nightsnack which I will show you in my story 😁👌🏻 No long caption today as I‘m just back home from the moonlight-shopping trip with my mum and just want to relax and enjoy this heavenly nightsnack now 😂🙌🏻 But all in all I had a very enjoyable Friday and also the trip and dinner with my mum was really nice 💁

Hello ! Ce soir en night snack, ça sera ma fameuse glace Ben&Jerry au cookie 😊. Avec mes accompagnements habituels complément, 2 kitkat balls et lindor chocolat au lait.
Journée assez difficile émotionnellement, avec mon diet, on a décidé hier de rajouter un troisième complément le midi en remplacement du dessert. J'ai essayé ce midi et ça a été un échec total... angoisses, mal de ventre... bref. Du coup, je vais essayer la seconde option dès demain : augmentation du goûter ! Affaire à suivre 😉.
Sinon je vous tiens au courant de mes tests des nouveautés que j'avais acheté 😊. Alors les crèmes la laitière au biscuit, super bonnes ! On sent vraiment un gout de biscuit et la texture est onctueuse 😉. Par contre le chocolat lindt façon paris brest, c'est moyen, je n'ai pas trop aimé le gout très sucré qui l'emporte sur le gout du chocolat.

Hallöle zum zweiten erfolgreichen Tag meiner 3. Oder 4. recovery 😄
Dieser Riegel von Veganz, 2 Fourre Kekse, eine Tomate und ein Twibio waren mein #nightsnack . Ich musste 500 kcal nachsnacken, damit ich auf meine 1600 komme 🙈
Ich sollte echt anfangen größere Portionen zu nehmen, damit ich nicht nachessen muss.
Also hier ist die klein3 Produktbewertung zu dem Veganz Choc Bar crisp.
Also ich muss sagen, dass mir dieser von allen 3 am besten gefällt. Trotzdem werde ich ihn nicht mehr kaufen, da er zu viel Zucker enthält und somit viel zu süß für mich ist.
Von der Konsistenz her ist er sehr cremig, hat aber auch den gewissen crunch durch die crisp. Die Schokolade außen herum schmeckt sehr gut und eigentlich genau so wie eine milch Schokolade^^
