DAY FREAKING 60! I can’t believe there are only 20 workouts left!
When I first started on January 15th I have to admit I was nervous. This was a pretty long term commitment and in the past there have been numerous times when I gave up on myself in the middle...whether that meant cheating on the nutrition plan or skipping workouts. .
I knew this time had to be different. There was something different about this workout and nutrition plan and I knew it was special. And now 60 days in (not even including Sundays) I realize I am right. .
This program is seriously a life changer.
Who knew I wasn’t eating enough! Not me! Now I eat 5 meals a day! I never knew what foods I should be eating together for results...now I do!
