How did you all go with the new moon over the weekend??? ☆ Wowsers it was intense for me.
This new moon is in Pisces - water sign - all about old wounds resurfacing and letting them go so we can heal and transform. It felt intense for me but freaking amazing at the same time. As I felt ready to let go. I didn't resist. I let myself feel (trust me there were tears of saddness & anger) and then just let it go.
If you were able to do this then you will be able to use this energy to propel you forward this month.
If you resist it will be much harder to heal & move forward. ☆ If you can feel through this energy you are going to feel so much lighter and clearer. Try to not buy in to the story of your wounds. Let them surface, acknowledge them then let go of the attachment.. You no longer live there. They no longer need to be a part of you. ☆ The great thing is... moving forward and being creative in change is going to happen so much faster then it has for a while once this work has been done. ☆ The best is yet to come beauties.. be open to it. Hear it, feel it and you will be dancing with abundance.
Love it! ❤
As I was prepping for this week ahead, I came across some old/former photos of a time (a chapter or 2 ago) when I’d put away my drawing pens and painting brushes and buried myself behind the camera, taking photos of others and their candid moments. I enjoyed taking non-studio portraits, a great deal as well. I enjoyed spending time with loved ones and capturing their nano-second moments for none of us to let pass. Not only was the time wonderful spent and fun but the photos were great during those times. There was much room for learning and I was always up for it.
As I’m writing it just occurred to me that my last serious photographic venture was documenting some months of my grandmother’s time in a nursing home (where she eventually passed). Hmm... I’d never picked up on that.
In the meantime, I’m enjoying this renewed space and time that I’m making for drawing and soon painting again. I think getting behind the camera with a renewed will shortly follow suit.
Since I have been posting little snippets on my feed about being more mindful about my nutrition and gut health I thought I would go into a little more detail in hopes of helping others out there too whom may be on the struggle bus.
Over the last 2 years I have really took a more focused approach on nutrition and fitness (as if you haven't noticed 😉) and what goes into my families bodies. Sometimes being healthy and eating healthy foods can still backfire. I knew I was lactose intolerant(we dont eat alot of dairy in our house to begin with) but aside from that I was bloated, gassy (TMI sorry), uncomfortable regardless of what I ate, had hormonal acne showing up on my jawline, and occasionally would have pains shoot through my stomach. SO with my professional background and passion for holistic, more nutritional based healing I decided instead of seeing a medical doctor to look into a functional medicine doctor. I did my research..I read articles, I studied YouTube videos..I knew what to expect going in. I chose Dr Zacharie Cole of Greensburg because of his passion for his job and his patients and I knew he had what I needed to get answers.
We had a consultation the first visit and he ordered a blood test that would use 5 blood samples on a piece of paper and the test was overnighted to a lab in Kansas with results back in as little as 2 weeks. Page 1 of my results are listed here and it is broken down into different food categories. My biggest shocker was eggs and egg whites..😢OFF THE CHARTS.. and I am still shocked because I was eating those every day (and I still crave them). Also, gluten, candida, sugar, yeast, corn, all things dairy (cows milk) are all intolerances I have to avoid and see how my body reacts. Basically I am trying to stick to a paleo based diet minus the eggs (which is a challenge) all while trying to eat according to my fitness meal plan.

Can’t believe in 3 weeks I’ll be off to the army shit is starting to get incredibly real!! To think in 3 weeks time I’ll be off for a adventure of a life time to think I’ll be off exploring and understanding a culture I’ve been wanting since I can remember brings me great happiness and sadness. Happiness because of the next chapter and new experience I’m off to take part in very sad as it’s an end of lots of things and to say goodbye but not forever. Bring on this new chapter 😍 #theyearbeing24#newlife#army2018#aidp2018#9thaprilenlistment#newchallenges#newchapter#finallygoing
