220 days of improving 1% each and every day -That's 220% improvement in myself. When I started I couldn't do a jumping jack, a normal push up and only could do 30 seconds of a 60 second exercise. Because I didn't give up on myself and I pushed through the pain, tears and "I Cant's" I am able to proudly look in the mirror again and Love my reflection. I can go out in public with confidence with my shirt tucked in. I no longer resist the hugs from my family and strangers because of how lumpy I felt.
Can you imagine the changes you could see if you just worked to improve yourself 1% everyday. There are still 141 days left in 2017.....What are you waiting for?
This is intense for me....
for the past 4 years I have really..REALLY struggled to be comfortable in my body and while I didnt show it on the outside..i was sure feeling it on the inside. Ive always been the funny one, always cracking jokes and making light of situations but my weight was never one of those times.
Now looking at the picture i took today compared to the picture of me in Janurary...I cant believe that i ACTUALLY did something good for myself. My arms, legs, chest, stomach, face, etc..all things i wanted to change for so long have been changed in what seems to be a blink of an eye. And it was all me. Busting my ass at the gym 5 times a week, eating better, learning and changing. •
No, its not just physical changes that comes with this lifestyle..its mentally the best thing that has ever happened to me. Learning what foods are good for my body, controlling my alcohol intake and just all around being a better me. You know, I deserve this. I deserve to be the best me..and im seeing myself grow in that way every day. More than 20 pounds down. More than 15inches gone. And i am thick. I am happy. I am healthy. I am me. •
You know you're working hard when you're moving so much you bust your bust support device!!! 😉😉 And I have to wear TWO for my workouts!! #girlpriblems --Right in the middle of Speed and Agility, I'm goin up center-back center and BAM... There goes my right strap... Good thing I know how to sew!! So my 25 minute workout this morning lasted a bit longer than normal since I had to run up two flights of stairs to put on another... DOH!! Burned 600 calories doing my Speed 2.0 though, so I made the work WORTH IT! -- not quite as much burn as a couple days ago, but went more distance today, go figure! Fast forward to the evening-- we had Fit Club today and it kicked A**!!! Special bonus turbo Jam workout that came with my Chalene Extreme DVDs-- 30 minutes and 611 calories burned!!! Today was a productive fitness day for sure!!!
