2 years ago I was at a place where all I wanted to do was be big and muscly. I was not having the right nutrition to support my goal in the correct way and was simply lifting heavy everyday! The results were proven, I accomplished being big (16.5 stone) but had no muscle definition
I then chose to stop training but continued with the same nutritional lifestyle, except i just ate less. This uneducated method resulted in me having loose chub (excess bodyfat) in places I personally did not want.
I shortly went on a journey of doing crazy research and studying in order to learn and understand how to lean out and acquire the physique I wanted. This knoweledge allowed me to transform from the topless pic (bottom) to topless pic (left) within 3 months. It was tough, required a lot of discipline and did not happen over night. Whilst this was achieved in record time, the truth is, I wanted it real bad. At the end of the day it comes down to how bad you really want it. .
Now I'm at 14 stones also at 8.92% body fat and at a stage where I want to get to 14.5 with more muscle mass but lean. Yep, always pushing myself and challenging myself as time goes on and if I can do it, so can you!

The yearly fee was only $60.
He built himself all the equipment.
All the superstars came to train here : Arnold Scharzenegger, Franco Columbu, Robby Robinson, Frank Zane, Ken Waller, ... The Mecca of Bodybuilding was born.
But with the increase of members and those who didn't pay their fee, Joe Gold decided to sell his Gym in 1970 $50.000 to Dave Saxe and Bud Dantz.
In 1972 they sold it to Ken Sprague who trained in Gold's Gym since 1969.
In 1973, Ric Drasin drawed the famous Gold's Gym logo.
Ken sponsored bodybuilding contests (1977 MrAmerica contest) to make his gym popular and sold tons of Gold's Gy t-shirts.
In 1973 the orgina Gold's Gym in Venice is closed, a bigger one is opened in Santa Monica (1452 2nd Street). The old Gold was converted into his own house.
In 1979, Ken sold Gold's to a team (AKA the 3 Horsemen) Pete Grymkowski, Tim Kimber and Ed Connors for $5 millions .
They developped licensed Gold's Gym in the USA (5000 gyms by 1981) and then all over the world.
They moved the gym where it is now to 360 Hampton Drive, Venice.

📌Try this! Time to get a chest shelf. Seat yourself sideways on the seated plate loaded press machine. Use one arm at a time, press out and IN. Visually watch your pec move medially with every rep. Focus on the squeeze with the chest and get ready for some nice blood flow in the pec. With your free hand, hold on to the seat to brace and steady yourself.
