Practice these exercises for at least a month before you try the next progression. To make sure your progress every month try adding negatives of the next progression into your current workouts. Also work on your pull-ups, core exercises and your leg muscles to make sure you develop the adequate strength and flexibility for this exercise. .

Hello folks, hope your Saturday is full of good surprises. Like these warmer temps and all the sunshine. I have a thankful heart, and was reminded of this very spring inspired photo. This was one of the very first times my granola was a model for a photoshoot, and I've been excitedly planning for the next photoshoot. I didn't know that I'd actually enjoy this part, but dreaming up ideas and then having @redphotoco_becks + @redphotoco make them come to life is so much fun!
Self care is everything! I train like a beast 7 days a week but I also make rest & recovery a top priority! I know they are just as critical to my health & performance! It’s crazy how my mentality has changed. Like 2-3 years ago, all I wanted to be was “skinny.” I wanted to take up less space. I barely ate and did way too much cardio. Now here I am, wanting to look muscular, wanting to be strong af💪🏻 doing cardio for 20 minutes max (except my longer distance runs which I do once a week) and eating double of what I used to, even if I’m in a cut. —-
By the way, I know many of you wanted me to make a post on my training for the half marathon I’m doing. I’m posting it tomorrow so be in the look out for that 😉
