I am pretty much always smiling, dancing, laughing or trying really hard to pretend I’m serious...oh and rowing my life away because my back is so stubborn when it come to muscle growth! We all have lagging body parts, the only way around it is frequency.
This workout was a serious killer and I have to share it with you all 🍑💥😵☠️:
1️⃣🎦 Sumo deadlifts 3x8 @ 80kg my absolute fave exercise 😍;
2️⃣🎦 Single leg Romanian deadlifts/courtesy lunges complex 2x8 each leg;
3️⃣ Hip thrusts 3x10 @ 80kg;
4️⃣ Nordic hamstring curls 2x8-10 (I wanna cry only thinking of these ones😭🔥 if you’re able to walk normally and feeling no pain after these then you’re doing them wrong 🙅🏼♀️🙈);
5️⃣🎦 CIRCUIT x2:
• KB swings x15;
• Swiss ball hamstrings curls x15;
• Calf raises x15;
• Plank jumping jacks x15;
I recommend a long stretch session and a huge bowl of oats with 123038 toppings after this 😜! Happy hump day!💙
On a calorie-burning-full-body-functional-fitness MISSION today 🔥 whilst I LOVE weight training, I’ve been following the same programme day in day out for weeks now so it’s nice to mix it up 🙃 I’m in a position where I don’t really want my upper body to grow anymore (which it LOVES to do) but can’t train legs 24/7 😂 that and the fact my functional fitness is NON EXISTENT - I can’t do a single pull up 😂 so did a pretty simple full body session based on actually using my muscles to move me rather than a dumbbell 🙋🏼♀️ I incorporated some additional cardio throughout as I was really feeling it (LOL never thought I’d say that) then some light squats and deadlifts since functional fitness is all about being able to use your body, and those are 2 exercises I’ve avoided due to dodgy back 👎🏻 kept it light with STRICT form and boy did they feel goooood 🔥🔥 full workout posted below ⬇️⬇️ FULL BODY SESSION 💥
• Assisted curl ups // assisted dips
• Inverted Row // push ups
• Underhand inverted row // push up to plank
• Box jump // Plyo lunges
• Assisted pistol squat // hanging leg raise
SPRINTS - 15mins • 30sec on 15sec off
• 20kg walking lunges // 50kg squats
• Trap bar deadlift
THEN 15mins Plyo HIIT, 15mins bike

Why is it when we’re thick we wanna be lean and when we’re lean we wanna be thick ?! Im actually happy with my gains lately and embracing my body at each stage. My weight fluctuates so much so quickly. Does anyone else have that problem? I told my friend today I’m okay with it as long as it doesn’t go to my stomach. Lol 😂 By the way, this top from @muscleclub is so soft like a blanket that I literally can sleep in it and that’s saying a lot bc I hate sleeping in long sleeves. It just feels sooo good

I am so pumped about these. I know that you can buy low carb wraps, but I’m more about saving money and better ingredients! I (Obviously switch to organic egg whites. They don’t sell them in the big cartons though 😬😞) these turned out pretty dang good! They are very thin, but tasty! This recipe makes three, I doubled for my enchilada lasagna I’m making for dinner! ————————————————
