Hey yoga lovers and those who want to try it 🤗! @yogaglo recently launched a brand new program created by yours truly. This was a labor of love!!! We dive into the practice of vinyasa yoga in bite-sized 20 minute classes that are to be practiced over the course of two weeks. Every day, new practices and new ways to flow while still working on what we already learned. There is a big focus on how to breathe and how to be compassionate towards yourself as you explore this style. Vinyasa is a way of life as you'll learn. This is a perfect entry point for anyone.
