Focusing on imbalances can be difficult both mentally and physically. Physically bc it may be an area that isn't used to being trained that hard. Mentally bc we naturally want to retreat to our comfort zone... but I'm excited to see what is going to come for me in the coming months and can't wait to see where this year takes me.

Changing my breakfast around today from shake to ice cream 🤤
By just adding more ice to my Herbalife shake, it allows it to get thicker, hence why it’s almost like having ice cream for breakfast 🙌🏼
