"it's TOO cold in the morning to workout" .....so put on a damn sweater & get moving!! I used to be THAT girl who used it's too cold/it's too hot as an excuse not to workout 🙄 you know what happened?? Not a damn thing, that's what happened! I stayed the same, kept the extra weight & unhealthy habits. Took some time for me to realize that would get me nowhere
Now if it's too cold I put on a sweater, turn on the heat & take a second longer to warm up. If it's too hot I blast my fan & hydrate. No more excuses cus if I were to sit around & wait until it was a "perfect" condition to workout in I'd be exactly where I was & going NOWHERE!

1. I’m 27, born in LA, raised in Miami (305 till I die), and live in Wellington now.

3. It took me 8 years to graduate college. I majored in theatre but ended up graduating with a liberal studies degree.
4. Singing and writing music with my husband was and is one of the greatest joys of my life.
5. Before I was a mom I was a teacher. And I miss it.
Ahhhh! I feel so good 😊 now that my workouts are DONE ✅ for the week! Saturday’s have always been the hardest day for me bc cardio is not my jam. But today felt different..
When I was checking in and logging my workout with my fit tribe I actually said “I didn’t hate it today!” And I meant it! I have dreaded this workout every week since I started and today I actually felt like it wasn’t that bad. Have you ever felt that way about a workout or a class? Or have you given up and quit before you got the chance? .
I get it, if something sucks the last thing you want to do is that workout! But did you ever think that it might be EXACTLY what you need. Doing something you are good at is easy. For me that’s lifting. But cardio, ugh, my nemesis. Kind of like sitting my legs stretching by forward after a workout. I’m much more comfortable standing and reaching for my toes which means the one I NEED more is sitting and stretching. .
Friends, lean in! Don’t do what’s easy and comfortable. Step out of your comfort zone and try something harder and uncomfortable! You never know, after a few times thru it might stop sucking! You might even like it!!
Workout done and tears were shed before the final round y’all! I’m sure the country music I was listening to, the monthly hormones, and the hard as hell workout added to my emotions but I answered a message from one of my challengers during the last break before the final round and she made me cry happy tears. 😭
This particular client is a busy mama and wife who juggles many hats and recently committed to a total body transformation program with me. She shared her 30 day progress pics with me today and she looks amazing! I get these types of pics almost every day and they NEVER get old to me! I jump for joy with each one of them! They light me up and make my day! The best part was that she said she feels better than she has in a very long time and that means she does that working mom and wife gig just a little easier! I’m a proud mama coach today and EVERY DAY!!! .
So when people ask me.... “why do you share these posts every day?” I do it for me and the women that might need me! I was struggling for so long and needed a piece of inspiration then so I will keep showing up every damn day for those that might gain a little inspiration from these posts.
