For those following my comp journey....here is an update!
I’m pushing my next show out a little. Mentally I need a little more time to get ready (posing and routine has me like 🤪) and I want my two shows (national qualifier and national show) to be close together so that my prep isn’t too torturously long. So I am now 15 weeks out from NPC Ultimate Muscle Extravaganza in Lakeland (6/9) then Team U in New Jersey (6/29-30). Planning to get qualified in WPD (🤞🏼) and then go for my pro card in Figure and Physique. Whatever happens, there will be a LONG LONG LONG break from competing after these shows. #mamaneedsabreak

When life gets tough, I go to the gym. When I feel down on myself, I get my ass up and go to the gym. When I mess up at work, I go to the gym. If I have family problems, I go to the gym. Of course there is a pattern. There is a pattern just like anyone else. When shit gets hard, we find an escape. My escape and my savior has been and always will be when I am physically working on a stronger, healthier and leaner body. As long as I do that, I’ll always be able to block out/handle/accept everything that goes wrong. So tell me, what is your escape? 🧐
