One week ago, it was Mardi Gras in New Orleans. I moved heaven and earth to be there because I knew it would be worth every hour of missed sleep and added stress. It ended up being more worth it than I even imagined. Special thanks to @ggianaz and @jtvibe2k11 for being so down. Never in my life will I forget the experience that was Fat Tuesday 2018. .
Where do I even start with these rings!
They were a joy to make.
Dani wanted a unique diamond, and loved our Campbell engagement ring. So we sourced this icey-cool, salty white diamond. We created a wedding ring which hugged it close, and featured a green emerald (her favourite colour) as well as a diamond and a black diamond. In Queenie’s hammered-texture wedding ring, we also added a black diamond on the opposing side of Dani’s. We cut out a little triangle: a nod to the point of Dani’s pear shaped diamond. Queenie originally wasn’t going to have an engagement ring, but changed her mind and settled on a less traditional, eternity style ring featuring baguette diamonds.
It was so nice to work with yellow gold again, and to create such unique rings for such a beautiful couple. Yassss 💕
Yesterday’s post was alright, but I know I can do much better. “One life, Live it,” is what @garyvee says so much. I just felt yesterday was too preachy, I’m so young I know barely anything. If you want to try and get followers try and get followers who am I to judge. -
Quite honestly, I’ve thought long and hard about stopping this whole thing today but I’ve set myself a challenge and I’ve got to stick to it.
Today I ate junk but I’m out in the gym on the bike once more, the True Geordie podcast’s on - life is good.
Short and sweet today as nothing much happened.
