One of my New Year goals was to work on my flexibility, especially getting “tricks” back that I was able to do once upon a time. Here is me working towards my #scorpion 🤸🏼♀️ The rope helps me position my leg where it needs to be and I can gently pull my leg closer to my body and work my hands down the rope and towards my foot. The end goal being able to grab my foot with my hand ✋🏻 #progressnotperfection#iloveemojis#formercheerleader

My strappy nursing sports bra came in the mail today from @loveandfitshop! And I LOVE it ❤❤❤ I've been looking for good activewear that I can nurse in because Hayden always seems to be hungry RIGHT after I workout 😂 And could it be any cuter??? I had more muscle back then (notice those little delts)? Next to my glutes, my shoulders take foooooorever to build- anyone else have this problem? 😂
Moral of the story- I had those muscles before and I WILL have them again. Oh, and carrying around a 16 pound baby every day sure helps 💪😉
