Well, there we are, another weekend reached, another month almost over! Happy Friday my lovelies - hope your week was good to you, and you're looking forward to the weekend? All good here, we had lovely soft spring sunshine this morning, but man, was it cold! The cloud and misty /murky conditions prevailed eventually though! So today was officially a day off, and will be taking tomorrow off as well (rugby, laundry, housework... in no particular order...) but it does mean I'll be back at work on Sunday to make up for it. Hey ho, that's the way it goes, and I'm just happy to get 2 days off in a row 😉
Anyways I'm very happy with the state of things coming into this weekend - so proud of this little business that means so much to me, so happy to see so many great retailers coming on board and stocking my jewellery, so satisfied to see all the things I've learned and been working on over the last 18 months paying dividends... So happy to be doing what I'm doing, and so thankful for the opportunities coming my way 😊😊

Evening all - hope this finds you well and happy this Wednesday evening? Hard to believe it's the middle of the week already. Hope it's going well for you so far? All good here - spent the day finishing an order to go to my lovely stockist up in Cong (Susan in @theladysbuttery will be opening again in early March!), plus chatted to another couple of stockists and customers, and spent a bit of time reorganizing some of my work space (still lots to do there, but making progress!). Managed to find time after work to head out after work to head out for a walk this evening with the sis and the dog (isn't there a fantastic stretch in the evenings now? I love when the longer days start coming in!). So feeling satisfied with my day, and looking forward to being able to down tools with a clear conscience this weekend (operation 'weekend reclaim' is still a go!) Check out my Facebook page for all the info on this pair of earrings 😊😊
Evening all - how are we all doing this fine Tuesday evening? Hope you had a good day? I had to nip in to town for a while this morning (was a gorgeous morning to be out!), then it was back to Oranmore to do the post office run, before settling down to get a bit of work done - namely more photography, photo editing and yep, you guessed it, updating of new stock lists). I'm happy with progress being made this week so far, so hopefully that will continue!

Evening my lovelies - hope you've had a great start to the week? All good here - got lots of new pieces made today (check out my disaster zone of a work area!) plus got some photos taken and edited, and finished up with a lovely walk (if you thought the sunset I shared from Saturday night was good, check out tonight's effort - simply stunning!!). I love living this close to the sea... actually, if I could live closer, I totally would, lol...)
Evening all - how's your weekend going so far? Guess it's almost over now, so I hope you enjoyed it 😊 I got through a fair amount of work this weekend, as planned. Two mini collections at least half way there, plus another one pretty much finished, apart from some photos to be taken and the stock list put together, so it's all good.
Took this picture of the estuary here in Oranmore yesterday evening while we were out walking. It was a beautiful evening... just a bit different today...
Happy Friday every one! Can you believe the weekend is upon us again already? Doesn't really matter to me though - as I took a day off during the week, and another one today, I really need to get back to work and back on track for the weekend. Gotta start pulling together the next 2 mini retail collections... thankfully I have some great designs in my head already to start them off - yay! And I have a huge batch of focals already set and awaiting their matching beads and chains - another yay!! Looking forward to a mega productive couple of days 😊😊 Meanwhile, check out my Facebook page for the details on this lovely girly pair of earrings - link is in my bio.
Hey there my lovelies - hope this finds you in good form this Thursday evening? Did anyone actually get any sleep on the west coast of Ireland last night though?? Certainly not in this house anyway... What a night - gale force winds, massive hail showers, rain... I thought the window was going to come in on top of me a few times, the wind was so strong... not to mention the noise... so, sleep was not easy to come by, or to keep last night! When I eventually got myself pulled together and settled down to work today, it was to concentrate on stock list updating. I realized this week that I hadn't actually had time to finish updating lots of things that sold over Christmas, so I decided it was time to get that sorted - still need to do some more work on that, but I'm getting there 😉

Evening all - how are we all doing this blustery evening? Boy, it was another cold one today, wasn't it?? Still, Mojo (our dog) and I didn't let that stop us from heading out on our walk this morning! Although the half frozen paths and the hail / sleet hitting us in the face nearly did, lol... Still, blew the cobwebs away, and then some 😉 After that, it was time to settle down with the laptop and get the stock lists finished that I've been working on since the weekend. All that's left now is to write the price tags and box them up, and that's 2 more ready to go - yay!! Then it's straight on to the next 2 - no rest for the wicked! (Good thing I love my job!!) Meanwhile, here's a bit of turquoise inspiration that I found over on Pinterest to brighten up this wintry evening. You can follow me on Pinterest under PeppermintIreland if you'd like to see what else inspires me ☺☺
Evening my lovelies - can you believe it's Sunday evening already?? I hope you made the most of the weekend anyway, despite the poor weather! We've been watching the snow showers pass through all day, while taking care of the laundry and getting another bit of work done on the admin side of the 2 new mini collections... I know I said I was trying to reclaim my weekends, but I will be taking a day or so off during the week to take care of some things, so I don't feel too guilty 😉

Evening all - hope your weekend's going well so far? After a bit of a lie in, a walk and some brunch (lovely start to the weekend!), we got through a lot of housework today (goodness, does housework ever get any easier??!!!). I did also put in a sneaky couple of hours finishing the photo editing, and doing a wee bit of admin before settling down to catch up with all the rugby, so overall a grand day. Anyways I promised you all a teeny sneak peek at the 2 newest collections (pardon the mess - they were all just piled up after getting their photos taken 😉), so here they are. I'm so happy that I get to work with these colours and that they're always so popular! These 2 mini collections are destined for Kerry and Dublin once they've been priced and written up - yay!!
Evening all - how are we all this Thursday evening? Hope your day went to plan 6 mine certainly did ☺ I spent a marathon session at the bead board today - managed to get 20 pendants and a few pairs of earrings made, which finishes off the pieces I needed for the 2 current mini collections being made for some new retail stockists (yay!!). All of that means I can spend tomorrow taking photos and editing same, so that I can get everything priced up and added to the stock lists early next week (New year's resolution means I'm trying to reclaim my weekends!). Of course my fingers are in tatters after all that work, but at least I can give them a break tomorrow 😉

Evening all - hope you're all well and happy this Wednesday evening? All good here - managed to spend most of the day at the bead board, as well as chatting with a couple of my stockists to arrange dates, organising some repairs for a customer, and sorting through a couple of deliveries. I have 2 of the new collections for retail more than half way there now, so have caught up with myself again (at least for the moment!) Hoping that tomorrow will be more of the same, as I'd love to get these 2 finished before the weekend so I can get them photographed and priced up - wish me luck!

has traveled to Romania, Iasi, last week to be part of the 7th edition of the extraordinary exhibition INIMA (Heart), project coordinated by artist Ionela Mihuleac. The challenge was to create works that metaphorically express the energy of the heart without containing the explicit sign of the heart. The exhibition can be visited till 3rd of March in Botanic Garden "Anastasie Fatu", Iasi.
Ooh, evening my lovelies! Tis a bit cold today, isn't it?? (Such a shame you can't hear the sarcasm in that statement, lol. ) Seriously, it's baltic out there!! I cannot wait for the winter to be over... although there's a few daffodils blooming in the garden, so there's hope! Anyways, today I spent a good chunk of time at the bead board - prepping and gluing focals into their settings for pendants, and also for cocktail / dress rings and stud earrings. I do love putting them together - have some new style settings for the pendants, so I'm looking forward to giving you a sneak peek at them before they get added to the new collections for my lovely new stockists 😁

Evening all - hope you're all well and happy this Sunday evening? I've been a bit hit and miss again this weekend with the social media updates, but my weekends have been strangely busy this new year! I ended up at home again in Mayo for one reason or another, but it was perfect really, as we were able to celebrate the youngest niece's 4th birthday (she's also the god-daughter!). Such a charmer! Full of kisses and thank-yous, and so happy to have her 'fairy-godmothers' home for her birthday party 😊😊 So tomorrow it'll be back to brass tacks, as they say, as I have lots of admin to do, plus I need to make more progress on the latest collections for new orders, as well as another batch of emails to send out. Tis good to be busy!
