Can we just take a moment to break the 4th wall? Our team here at Sunshine Coast Tourism loves what we do, and combing through the photos and comments on Instagram is a really fun part of that. One thing that continually surprises us about our community of followers is how many people are experiencing the Sunshine Coast for the first time, even though they may have lived nearby all their life. It brings us So.much.joy. to see the surprise and delight of those first time visits- those who have fallen in love with our little slice of paradise, just like we have.
Moral of the story: we love you guys. Keep tagging us, sharing the stoke, and exploring more of our little corner of BC.

Pro tip: fill a small plane with your friends to fly to the Sunshine Coast and it will feel like your own private jet. Book direct flights from YVR to Powell River with @pacificcoastalair, or catch a flight to Sechelt with @sunshinecoastair, @harbourair or @flycoastal.airtaxi 🛩

This morning’s mail was bill free. Instead I received this raw and real piece of amazingness! I’m gonna do my best not to binge read the entire thing today.. ✨😁 #thisisforthewoman @jannerobinson Thanks for sharing this slab of your heart 🙏🏻
Lund, BC- also known as the “end of the road”, serves as the terminus (mile 0) of the legendary highway 101. If you’re thinking of a road trip, check out Lund and the entire #CoastalCircleRoute (@coastcircle).
So I’m having some late night thoughts about resolutions.. Throughout the year I’m constantly having to refocus on what’s import to me, not just on January 1st. That being said, the beginning of a new year is one of my favourite times to do that and ask myself a few questions.
What am I leaving behind and what am I bringing with me ? What makes me feel alive? Am I doing those things? If not, what needs adjusting?
This year I want:
more sunsets, more art, more adventures, more beach days, more ukulele, more exploring, more writing , more fireside conversations, more veggies, more dogs, more water, more love ❤️✨ #soexcited#bestyearyet#2018
Merry Christmas from Sunny and I! She has truly been the gift that keeps on giving! How lucky am I? Today we’re fortunate to be surrounded with people we love, laughing, playing games and of course my favourite, eating 🙈✨ #presencenotpresents#grateful#merrychristmas
