Not made it to circuits for a few weeks, but enjoy it when I do! I like the variety and not knowing what to expect, and I also like laughing and having fun when I exercise! Today was a good example - partnered with a lovely lady not met before, the game of duck duck goose had us all laughing whilst running, squatting and burpeeing as a warm up. I did my first box jumps - I usually step up - even when I was crossfitting this time last year I was very protective of my back and get paranoid about slipping and breaking something. (I’m the same, randomly, with climbing over tires and doing balance beams on OCRs 🙄).
