🌈0 CARB GUMMI BEARS🌈 Finally perfected this recipe. The whole family loves them especially hubby💁🏽♂️ The texture is perfect, just like a “regular gummi” and they are 0 carbs👍🏽 This recipe makes about 250 gummies. (There are about 500 on the plate, some went missing before I could take the pic😬) Swipe to see the ingredients and you can find most of the products and mold that I used at the link in my profile. TIP☝🏽The sugar free jello contains maltodextrin which is just another name for sugar, meaning it’s not truly sugar free. So if you consume these, do so in moderation👍🏽
1 cup boiling water
1 pack of sugar free jello
7 tablespoons of beef gelatin
1/4 cup of preferred sweetener: I used Pyure (a stevia/erythritol blend)
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Heat 1 cup of water in microwave for 3 minutes. Add boiling water to dry ingredients and stir vigorously. Using a dropper, fill gummy molds. Place filled molds in refrigerator until set. (About 10 to 15 mins) TIP☝🏽If you have leftover mixture because you don’t have enough molds, after you pop out the gummies that are done, warm up the leftover mixture in the microwave to get it liquified again because it will start to set in the bowl. Then resume filling molds again. The gummies should just pop right out. 🤗🌈
My favorite taco place @torchystacos offers tacos in a bowl, so I put my taco fillings on top of some lettuce and added guacamole, sour cream, and cheese to make a delicious taco salad. Definitely not missing those tortillas right now! 😂 🌮 🥑 🧀

This is one of the most magical things I have ever ate in my life. Today I discovered pork rinds and homemade ranch dip. Holy moley it is freakin delicious! Totally satisfied my craving for crunchy, carby chips and ranch just goes well with everything, right?
Today’s flavor before workout numero cinco. I like this one. It’s non-carbonated which makes it a little more pleasant to me when I trying to chug it down quickly haha. Counting my workouts cause I think I wanna try and reach for 150 at least this year, if not more. But I think 150 is a good minimum to shoot for. Anyone else doing anything similar as far as workout goals go?
Sooo up ⬆ over a pound today for my weigh in -boooo. I'm at 211 even, so up like 1.6 lb. Oh well I kind of thought that might happen. My new approach with my scale is to take the highest weight it tells me. Last week it was a bit all over the place, giving me like 4 different weights. It's a digital scale too. I changed the batteries, it still did it. My husband gets on and off the scale 10 times - weight stays the same. He thinks I'm doing something weird, like balancing on one foot while hanging on to the sink lol. (I'm not) So in the end, last week, I recorded the lowest weight it told me... because of course that IS what you want to see. So nowwww, I'm just taking the highest weight the evil thing tells me. I'm not letting it get me down. If I was fluctuating 2 or 3 pounds around my goal weight I sure wouldn't care, so no point in worrying about this. I've been good all week but probably ate a few more carbs than I should've, I just need to cut portions a bit. I also don't have an exercise plan yet, just walking, so I need to up that game too. Made a nice breakfast sandwich with a Fathead bagel I had in the freezer. I have to be totally honest though, I didn't love the taste of the bagel that much so I ended up only eating part of it, and then ate the filling by itself. It wasn't awful, just not really the taste I was looking for.
