Vegan egg and cheese on toast for breakfast 🙌🏼 The “egg” is made with chickpea flour (will put link to recipe in comments). I make this often - the kids love it scrambled on toast with tomato sauce! It is topped with Sheese @buteislandfoods mature cheddar vegan cheese. It melts so well and is my new fave vegan cheese. How has it taken me so long to discover it?! Do you try to avoid rice? If so, this cabbage rice will be a game changer!! 5 ingredients:
• cabbage chopped in food processor • diced onion • minced garlic • coconut milk from can.
Sauté ingredients in just enough coconut milk to offer moisture until slightly soft.
I like red pepper for added sweetness.
Serve as a base to roasted veggies or with mung bean spouts. .

Two Saturdays in a row of sleeping in and pancakes for breakfast, I could get use to this life! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
👱♀️A was sweet and got up to make pancakes for her sister and me, @birchbenders with chocolate chips, but there wasn't enough of that mix left. Still in a pancake mood so I whipped up these @birchbenders paleo pancakes, using @drinkmaple to make the batter, and then topped them with caramelized bananas, a drizzle of pure maple syrup, and sprinkle of crumbled @wholeme Cinnamon Banana Clusters! So many bananas this week it's bananas, crazy how our taste buds change over time and also funny I don't usually eat plain aka uncooked bananas (the girls don't either, my husband eats them daily) and I'm not a huge fan of them in smoothies. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Last day of our girls weekend while the hubby took the pup up to the cabin (probably her last trip😢) for a weekend with his friends. 👧S has a soccer game this afternoon and we're suppose to get a lot more snow.
