We have added a Saturday Yoga Class to offer another opportunity to Yoga during the week.

🎶Mr. Sun, Sun. ☀️ Mr. golden sun. Please shine down on meeeeeee - because I want to ride my bike and be outside and go hiking and not have a runny nose after being outside every damn timeee. But I can’t because it’s icy and gross🎶 - those are the lyrics, right? READY FOR SPRING - I’ll even take 50 degrees. 🌺🌸🌼💐 #springtimeready#byebyesnow#idontwanttobuildasnowman 👚👖: @glyderapparel #glyderapparel 📸: @hilltop_bicycles
Passing through customs last month, the border agent asked me what I do for a living.
I said, “I teach yoga and meditation.”
He replied, “Must be nice to be really peaceful all of the time.”
I teach because I want to remember.
Yoga philosophy tells us that our natural state is bliss.
Our practice is uncovering where and when we are resisting that state.
I resist it a lot. I spin out all of the time.
But each breath is a chance to come back home.
Spring brings excitement and wonder. New blooms, fresh dreams. Busy with plans and projects. Within this surge of new energy, we call on Mother Nature to keep us connected and grounded. ✨🌷🌞🦋🌿
Our affirmation for the Spring Equinox: I take time to connect with myself and Mother Nature. #truewellbeing#springequinox
Day 4 of #SpringIntoBalance#AloYogaChallenge is #crowpose or #bakasana . I used to have a love/hate relationship with crow (mostly hate due to a fear of face planting 😅) Because of that mind block, it took a lot of practice and patience for me to feel comfortable in this pose. So I’m super proud of my progress here! ☺️ Hosts 🧚♀️

I’ve been doing this a lot lately, sitting in silence and watching. For the magic and connection that we are seeking, with patience, persistence, and consistency, can be found within... I do believe that. I was discussing the sensation of meditation with @raisinpiebrenda I will let her speak to her own experience, this is how I describe mine. 🌟When I am within that true state of flow, when I am aware of my exhales and inhales, the pause in between each I become so attached to the pause in between that all I can focus on is that sensation in the body..My body feels like it melts into itself, into the world around me, and all that matters is walking the bridge of awareness of the breath to the mind over and back again. My hands melt into each other, my seat into the ground beneath me. When I sit within the afterglory of the stillness the energy literally pores forth from my hands and feet. I feel as if I am pouring love out of my body and into the universes, just as it pores love into me. This is why I sit. Because of that feeling. It is different for each human, find what that connections feels like to you. 💗 the divine connection to all is there, we are all interconnected, this is why meditation is so important. 🧘🏻♀️
