Look at their eyes, you can tell the difference between a predictor and a prey animal. Lions, tigers, bears all are predictors. Why is it important to have your eyes on the front of your head? So you can focus on the prey. Our eyes are on the front because we are born predictors. Now, prey animals are squirrels, rabbits, deer. Their eyes are on the side because they have to have vision all around to scope where the predictos might be.
What does that have to do with you as a basketball player? You have to focus on your best moves, how to beat your opponent. Prey basketball players think, "What are my stats verse theirs?" "What happened last time I guarded them?" "They are probably going to go to the right side of the hoop the majority of the time because that is what they did last time." Predictors players focus on how to use there weaknesses against them. Are you having predictor or prey thoughts? Don't think "What if I get tired?" Think, "I am going to make them tired by rebounding, hustle plays, running the floor every time." Are you going to stop thinking like a prey player and be that predictor player? Be a threat, make games challenging, be aggressive, and always hustle.
