National Cheese lover day
So let’s say cheeessee . The baby loves cheese and was jumping while I was going through the cheese packets in the fridge saying chissss chissss in his baby language .
Christmas time while walking and sipping some mulled wine at the Southbank market I came across this yummy Cheese stall and couldn’t stop myself for dipping into some.
They served potatoes with pickles and bacon bits
This morning I thought of making my version with the same cheese
I fell I love with it soft smooth not too salty or sharp just beautiful and melted it’s a Cheese lovers dream
Breakfast raclette bowl
1 Boiled sliced potato medium size
1 poached egg
2 slices chicken ham
In a pan drizzle some olive oil and roast the sliced till crispy
Set it in a bowl top it with a poached egg and scatter a few jalapeños
In the same warm pan heat two slices of RACLETTE cheese till it melts and immediately pour it on top of the potatoes
Cheesy breakfast bowl is ready to tuck in
Back at it with the rest of London this week. 😬 Fuel post my first @waldorffitnessfirst sesh back. 🥦🥟 Turns out this is all vegan so sticking to my ‘eat less meat’ goal but getting the protein. And confused the @podfooduk staff again by refusing the paper bags, chopsticks and napkins in favour of carrying it to my office and using a metal knife and fork🍴 to cut down on waste.
