Let me tell you something. I’ve been secretly hating on other people’s success lately. And you wanna know where that comes from? Not having the best time with myself.
Judging others is done out of fear. We judge and wish less on others because we’re afraid their success means less success for us. While in reality one babes success means success for all. If you catch yourself not wanting to see other people succeed (seriously we all feel like that from time to time, it’s so programmed in us) do these two things:
💋 Consciously seek out successful people, stalk them, bathe in their good vibes, complement them, talk nice about them to everyone you meet and spread their work wherever you can. (You will feel resistance towards these things at first - but it’ll soon become second nature because it seriously feels so good and freeing.)
💋 Start taking care of yourself. On every level. Exercise, eat healthy, get dressed, smell good, have good conversations in your mind, have fun and follow YOUR dreams so that you feel like you’re on your right path too.
By cheering on others you attract more happiness and success to yourself.

Well, regardless, I thought it time to officially update you on my fermented bread making journey.
As you probably already know, my family can’t have gluten. Gluten =‘s terrible headaches, acid reflux that requires medication and aching joints for us. (If I ever want to know what it may feel like to be an 80 year old climbing stairs, all I need do is eat bread).
But fermented bread, like a true sourdough, which uses no yeast, may be a game changer for us! Allowing your dough to slowly ferment lets the gluten and wheat break down more, making it easier for your body to process both the grain and it’s nutrients.
We’ve eaten portions of it off and on for two weeks now and so far, so good! 🙌
What recipe did I use? Head on over to @frenchguycooking or, more specifically, check out his YouTube videos on sourdough. He’s easy to follow and I loved how this bread turned out! Delicious!!!

Vegging on the couch today with this pink Himalayan salt pillow under my shoulders & a couple drops each of peppermint & eucalyptus oils on it. To soothe my muscles & create a relaxing environment.
Last night was a hard night...so making today all about self-care, replenishing nutrients & antioxidants! Drinking lots of NingXia & taking my Life9 Probiotics. And all the Vitamins!

DIY Dark Shampoo for dark hair.
2 tablespoons corn starch
1/3 cup cocoa powder
old makeup brush
a few drops of essential oil *optional
Simply combine all of the ingredients together in a small container with a lid. To apply, dust a little onto the makeup brush and brush it onto oily parts of your hair. If it has a dusty look, massage it into your scalp until you can no longer see the powder. Enjoy!
