I wasn't hungry to begin with and though I like ramen, I can't normally finish a big bowl all by myself. You see, I like rice more than noodles. 🍚 However, today, I had to eat EVERYTHING because:
1. I could.
2. I was alone.
3. It was expensive (way more than I'm usually willing to pay noodles for).
4. I over-ordered. It was my fault and I don't want to put anything to waste.
Lesson of the day: My stomach is bigger than my eyes. 🐷 > 👀
And now... *drum roll please* my review.
What I like about Ramen Nagi is that you can customize your ramen bowl -- from the richness of the taste, to the amount of garlic and the level of spiciness. You can even choose how firm you want your noodles to be. If you think that's complicated, just go with the chef's recommendation. My ramen choice was perfect because I love spicy food. Their broth is super thick and flavourful. Generous din ang serving ng meat. While that's a plus, eating an entire bowl is still too much for me. (Again, I am not crazy about ramen.) I wish they offered this at a smaller serving size so you can still eat quality ramen without breaking the bank. An option would be to go there with a friend na lang so you can share a bowl and split the bell. Next, the gyoza. It was okay but not memorable.
Arguably the best ramen this side of the world. Expensive nga lang. Will I go back? Yes, but not alone. 😁 #crystaleats#japanese#food#ramen#gyoza#ramennagi#foodie#foodgasm#foodporn#instafood#instagood#foodstagram#vsco#vscocam#vscogram#vscophile#vscoph#happy#like#likeforlike#likesforlikes#l4l#like4like#likes4likes#love
