It saddens me to hear so many people bash the less fortunate. How about instead of complaining about those in need and turning a blind eye, how about use your voice to be heard and your eyes to see how you can HELP! A little help or effort to those in need goes a long way.
I look at these starter plants and I see hope, opportunity and blessings for those who give and for those who receive this soon to be fresh food. Think about it. There's many out there right this very second hoping that someone will extend a hand to help them secure a meal for the day. This doesn't mean they're looking for a hand out, they just may need a little extra help. There's someone out there right now looking for an opportunity to do better for their family and often, that starts with a healthy meal. Maybe they have hungry kids at home that haven't had fresh food in a very, very long time. Then of course, blessings... we all give and receive them daily. Sometimes you don't know how that little good deed of dropping off a basket of food on someone's doorstep really matters. It all can start with a simple little seed of hope being placed in the soil and tending to it while it grows into something great. Let's get growing, shall we?!
It's cool and rainy so that calls for some work in the greenhouse this morning. I love to listen to the gentle rain on the greenhouse roof, it's so mesmerizing. In the distance I can hear my hennies clucking and birds are singing oh so sweetly. There's a cool breeze blowing through the greenhouse doors that feels so nice. My coffee is hot and my hands are dirty from the soil I'm working with. What more could I ask for? I think this is the perfect way to start my day. Ahhh, I love this life.
He hates pictures. So you will never see any. Lol. This was from our wedding day. My Valentine works hard for all of us. And let's this girl whose bones fall apart not have to. We are blessed. No one's life is a fairytale.....but it's sure been worth a tractor ride. 💞💞💏💏💏
