One day you will find someone with beautiful soul, but don’t mistreat him/her, because the loneliest people are the kindest, The saddest people smile the brightest. The most damaged people are the wisest. All because they do not wish to see anyone else suffer the way they do. Thank you to share stories with me, really grateful to meet so many beautiful souls.. :).

Oh, slowing down, slowing down...How many out there have a hard time with forcing yourself to take things a little bit slower??
With all the cold and flu & seasonal affective disorder going around, I seemed to have gotten a bug myself and haven't quite felt myself the last few weeks. Whereas I normally am eager to practice yoga or go for a run after a day of work, my body has had other thoughts. At first, I felt bad that I couldn't muster up enough energy to do the things I usually enjoy. In the past I may have even forced myself to get out because it's good to push yourself, right?! Wellll, not always. In a world where we're taught to go past our limits, we're not always taught the importance of self care and slowing down from time to time. Sometimes it takes time to slow down (and enjoy an almond milk latte at that) to reemerge brighter and stronger.
Anyone else been forced to slow down lately? Let me know how you are coping 👇
To my supporters.. it’s been so difficult to watch all this play out and finding out at the commitment ceremony my husband Dean was cheating on me. I was shell shocked. But to me marriage means something.. tv or not. And you don’t walk away from a marriage at the first sign of trouble. I know a lot of you watching this and reading this post have been cheated on or know someone who has and how difficult it is. There’s no right or wrong to stay or to go and at this point of the experiment I’ve chosen to stay. I’d rather regret staying than regret walking away too soon. I’m sure many of you have grappled with this through your own lives. Thanks for the love and support it’s been my silver lining through all of this. Keep watching my journey! #cheating#commitment#marriage#secondchances#watchthisspace#mafs#marriedatfirstsightau#channel9
When my 7 year old spends a weekend competing against other tough girls, taking what she’s learned and practiced all winter long and executing on the court, remaining calm when some adults lost their cool, being awarded a medal for her hard work, and shaking the hands of the other girls who played their hearts out too-
I know for sure the lessons she’s learning in basketball are helping to shape a great person; a person who others can count on, who is hard working, focused, respectful, and appreciative of others strengths and aware of her own talents.
I am so proud, and extremely thankful.... now time to relax ❤️ #ballislife#teamtomlin#watchmework#girlswhoball#basketball#lifelessons#buildingstrongwomen
Are you a starter, a finisher or an implementer?
It's a good thing to seek knowledge as it's a powerful tool for our growth and development.
Learning through books, videos, people. 📚📀🎧
What good though is all of that knowledge if we do not manifest it and implement it into our daily rituals or character?
We tend to take in too much and if no action is taken, over analyzing sets in and it gets washed away in our over active thoughts.
Be an implementer - don't be a gunna 💥🔥
