In a recent poll I posted in my stories, a number of you told me you did, but most of you said you’d never made it at home. Well, it’s time for you to change that! I just published an *epic* update to my Lemon Meringue Pie blog post, the first version of which dated back to the fall of 2010. (!!) I’ve made hundreds of Lemon Meringue Pies over the years, tweaking the dish along the way, but I declare this updated version set in stone. It was visit the dentist day today so I went into @the_grandhowl and had them put aside a #vegan#glutenfree#lemonmeringuepie by @thesunnyspoon in anticipation of a needing to cheer myself. What a wonderful surprise that it turned out to be a celebratory pie! I was told my teeth are grand and no visit required for another year! This was not expected as it’s been at least 4 yrs since my last visit. All i can say is a #vegandiet along with #natural#fluoridefree toothpastes and regular oil pulling with #coconutoil must be doing some good.
