When we are in a state of flow and trust the Universe, life gets a whole lot easier and much more fun 💗✨😄 when we feel stuck, frustrated, irritated and push, push, push to make things happen, we are not in the flow of abundance! So let life FLOW and ease will follow...and everything that is meant for you will come in time 🌷
How can you let go and let life flow? My favorite way is to spend time in nature, especially near water, which connects me with the energy of going with the flow! Meditation and yoga also help me to connect with abundance and the flow of life 😊 if you like, put your hand over your heart and repeat this mantra (I like to repeat mantras 3 times for extra oomph!) whenever you feel out of alignment with your true self and the energy of abundance (note: abundance is EVERYWHERE, we simply have to tap into the flow of life and feel worthy of receiving all that we desire) 🌊 LET LIFE FLOW 🌊
Time for my yearly "I 💛 @Starbucks" post! As someone who in actuality hates most things (including myself for using this much plastic), I really appreciate that #Starbucks offers three vegan milks. This chain is readily available throughout the US and beyond (even outside of urban areas), and they truly make it easy to choose #DairyFree milks that are kind to cows. In addition to #vegan milks, they have Hippeas, vegan salads, and may even expand to vegan cupcakes soon. I love that they’re making moves to help animals and hope other chains continue to follow suit. Visit @peta’s website to see which drinks can be made vegan!

This was our OG mac & cheese that was an obsession of ours years ago. We decided to veganize it 😋
16oz of GF cooked penne
2 (8oz) tubs of your favorite vegan cream cheese
1 cup of vegan parmesan shreds (@followyourheart is our go to)
1 cup vegan grated parmesan
2 cloves garlic
2 tbs vegan butter
1 & 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp white/black pepper
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Pecan parmesan topping:
1 cup (120 g) pecan halves, toasted
1 1/2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
2 pinches fine sea salt
(Details as to how to make in the best shredded kale salad @ohsheglows Website)
Melt butter in pot over medium heat, add garlic, and sauté until tender. Add milk, and cook until the heat is on. Gradually stir in the last ingredients until smooth AF. Add pasta and stir well so penne is drenched in the cheesy mixture; spoon into a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish.
Bake at 400° for 7 minutes. While waiting for the mac and cheese to be cooked, make the pecan parmesan cheese. Remove from oven; sprinkle with pecan parmesan cheese on the top. Reduce oven temperature to 350°
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
