I have seen many #trainers limiting the capacities of their trainees. Is not professional, but there is too much of this in the world. .
Everyone can have a good criteria to decide on the own way what is better. We need to learn about the dynamics of our bodies instead following instructions. .
Learn.Work hard. Nothing limits you except your own mind. If you are able to dream it, then you CAN make it happen! But it will be possible if you know of what you are talking about. .
Congrats to my dad! He was part of the LA marathon and completed it all!! 26 miles, i knew he was crazy, but apparently he's insane. He's my champion and im proud to be his son, love you pops❤
Attended Bre’s farewell talk today in Boise 1st Ward. She’s headed to Raleigh, NC (spanish speaking) to serve an 18 month mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. So happy for her! ❤️

Had a killer arm workout at @powerhouse.whippany today, the full workout was weighted chin-ups supersetted with rope pressdowns w/ a 3 second negative 4x8-12, close grip bench press 1x5 top set with 3x10 backoff sets (refer to my last post for last backoff set), overhead seated dumbbell extensions supersetted with hammer curls 4x8-12, preacher curls supersetted with bent over rear flys 3x8-12 and 3x20-25, one arm seated overhead dumbbell extensions supersetted with concentration curls 3x10-15, and lastly I did calf raises 3x15-20 and 3x12 180 degree leg raises 💪 Today was day 59 of the @250kchallenge 👍 Comment below or DM me with any questions 👊
🏂Snowboard season killed me!! From end of November till mid February I didn’t work out or meal prep much ... spent my free time on the slopes shredding it up and drinking fireball haha now I’m having to work extra hard. first pic was from first of February sadly I dropped from 185 to 150ish .. the second pic is today back up to 170ish starting to feel good again ! 💪🏼 #killit#backonthegaintrain 🚂
Poor decision making on all accounts last night led to a few of us taking a run at these Carolina Reaper & Ghost Pepper chips and it was bad! @jeremynewgc, @40degrees_camber, me, and @sterling_becklin who crushed TWO of them ☠️
